701 RN running LEAN!

i have a 98 rn with a b pipe, i put msd enhanced ign at the end of last year. it started running a bit lean but i adjusted the carbs and it was pretty good. this year it is running lean. i already had 135 main jets in it from the b pipe i upped them to 140 mains and i am two turns out already and no difference at all. The plugs are still white. What do you think is the problem. Crank seals??? or what???
 
if going to 95 gram springs dont work, would the next step be seals?

could be as simple as clogged fuel filter, air in primer lines (if connected to ON supply line) or a leaking intake manifold gasket...pressure test way easier than doing a rebuild because u ran it lean...plugs should be chocolate milk color ?
