701 running on 1 Cylinder... need help!

So I just finished putting together a 701 engine. New crank, new pistons etc. The ski will start and run but its only running off the rear cylinder. Both sides have even compression at 170, both sides have spark. When I pull the plug on the front cylinder that isn't firing the plug comes out wet which is telling me it is getting fuel. So if I have spark, compression, and fuel to both cylinders, why does the front cylinder not fire? I just wired the ebox, will that have anything to do with it? possible crank case or front seal leak causing it to run to lean? Any help would be appreciated because im confused. Thanks!

Im also running a 61x flywheel and stator with a 62T cdi but as far as my knowledge goes that is fine. Only thing is you have to use a male to male jumper wire to connect the red and white wires.

I would pull the plug boot of the plug wire and cut the wire back a little. It may be corroded.

You have tried new plugs, right?

I had the same problem last weekend. After 3 hours changing out every part possible, I found that the coupler between the carbs had come loose. Only the butterfly on the carb that the throttle cable was connected was opening. The factory flame arrestor kept me from seeing it. Boy did I feel stupid!
