Engine and exhaust is also getting hot. Not sizzling hot but very very worm. (Not normal like my 701 waveraider). Water is flowing through and coming out of the pisser. Guess this is just a side effect from this issue..

Thanks everyone for your feedback. The problem was a bad ignition coil/plug wires and boots. Put a friends in and stopped the fire ball
