yes but you need the entire setup from the 701. are you lookin at a 64x 760 motor? cuz i think there are better things to spend the money on unless its really a good price.

You just need to swap the stator, flywheel and flywheel cover.
If you get it cheap enough and it's in good condition, I'd seriously think about getting it ported first. The port timing on the 760 is meant for getting a heavier ski up on plane and isn't near as responsive as the 701's unless it's properly ported.
