701 vs 787

looks like a 951 fits in an sxr rather nicely...... and that pipe is huge.

The 951 Kawi-doo's sound pretty awesome too. I used to ride with a guy in Indiana and he used to build 951s and they freakin flew. I didn't want to ride it though because I was only racing a stock class sxr ski with some minor things, and I knew if I rode that, then it was game over I was having him build me one

rhugo where in gr are u??? if there are people out west to ride Ill bring the skis 4th of july weekend.

I used to live right downtown, but I just moved out west in the standale/allendale area. I have yet to go out to Lake Michigan up here, but I hear Port Sheldon is the spot. I usually ride Lake Michigan down in Northern Indiana at various spots, but don't know people up here to ride with. I rode the Grand River and the Gravel pits at the Bass Lake Recreation Area on 104th and Lake Michigan Drive a couple times by myself however. I may or may not be here the 4th, but I know some of us are trying to get a ride going in Grand Haven at a member on here's aunt's beach house around that time

alright well let me know. im spending the weekend in Hamilton at a buddies. they plan on going out to lake MI and id love to bring out the 750sx and play (sadly the bob won't be ready)

looking at parts and possible setups the Neptune dry pipe looks like it will fit much much easier and also be a nice easy way to have a side exhaust. although it will be loud enough to wake the dead. could be fun

Let me save you some agony. After helping a friend put a 787 in a stand up, I can tell you that it is a tight fit with any pipe (we had 4 or 5 to choose from). It isn't that fast. It is NOT good for freestyle. So, if you want a 750sxi with a 787, I know where you can buy one.
