750 bogging issue

hello all, so while waiting for parts to get in for my FR build, me and my brother decided to swap a 750 out of a 93 super sport xi into a 650sx hull, and well everything went just fine as far as the swap but he went to ride it for the first time the other day and ran into a issue, the ski idles just fine under a load but once you break 1/4 throttle with it it bogs down and wants to stall on you everytime, ive never delt with anything other than a 650sx as far as kawi stand ups go and not really sure where to start with this, i had my brother run a compression test for me since im in nc and hes in fl with the skis and it came out at just over 100psi on each cylinder, which is blatantly low considering by what i know around 165-170 is good so its obvious it needs a top end rebuild, my question is is there anything else that could cause this that i should check into

compression should be around 145 or 150 for 750 make sure you have a good tester and try it again before you rebuild

it sat for about 2 years so we are gonna try and run it alil more then test again to see if anything changes compression wise, as far as the tester its a good one, my dad runs a mobile automotive repair business and its the same one he uses personally. hes wanting to put a fresh top end in it simply because it sat anyways but i was just curious on what other things could be causing this as far as electrical ect. i know on the yami's the coil or cdi could do this but im not sure how to test them on the kawi as far as what the good values are and what wire goes to what, ive never even beem inside a kawi e box

I went through a similar ordeal eith my 750 sp swap in my 650 sx. After rebuilding the carbs and swapping electronics i still had the problem. The motor/carbs i used were out of a 94 750 xi. The carbs are keihin cdk2's and they had 3 jets pilot, intermediate, and main. I replaced the carbs with a known good set and fixed all the issues
