SX/SXi/SXi Pro 750Sx Carb Question, Keihn Vs. Mikuni

Alright so I have a 750sx with a Factory pipe, brand new rebuilt engine, and going to mill the stock head soon, I have two carbs and i don't know which one to put on, I have the stock Keihn or a SBN 46.

Does anyone know which one would be better for performance? And will the SBN drink the gas??

thanks a lot.

I recommend using the stock carb first while you break in the engine and learn how to tune. Get a 150 main and an 85 pilot. Open the top needle 3 turns, it should studder at WOT, lean until it cleans up. It is too easy to burn a piston with a pipe and milled head on pump gas. If you use the 46 make sure a low pitched prop is installed, a single 46 is too big if its overpropped.
