Im looking to do some engine work to the 760. I read on here somewhere where a guy decked the bottom of the cylinder to drop the port timing. Can a guy mill the head?

I wouldn't do that deck it and crap. I've been through it. My uncle is a machinist, the best one in ontario as he does racing for bikes and rods. Before i get into this everyone is into making money in the trades these days - Instead he gave me a solid answer on what i should do because i am family and not just a "customer". Normally whatever the customer wants trades people do it. Instead he said that boosting compression along with, programmable ignition would make more of a difference because if you deck the cylinder your hurting power as well.
However there is another option of i think getting a stroker crank and a cylinder spacer somewhere on the X. Dont quote me but i have heard better things about that. Check out HPE!
