Blaster 760 in b1 is slow?

20140720_094701.jpg HELP!!! Lol, swapped out the coil and cdi from my old 61x. I know they work. Now I have 2 extra wires from the 760 stator with nowhere for them to go (blue wire, and white with black strip) everything else is plugged in matching up and I'm not getting any fire??????? At a loss

I found out the blue, brown wires from the stator are the charging wires and the white with black strip is the pulse. Just not sure what wires to plug them into on the cdi. I've tried a couple different ways but nothing has worked so far. These are pics of wires from the stator, and wires from the cdi. 20140720_120415.jpg20140720_112610.jpg

you have to change all ,stator flywhell and cdi, also have to change the timing point with the 61 x stator.or you going to have problem

we just build a b1 with 760 B2 engine with my father (not the first one) and still running the 760 electrics and works pretty good with good carbs setting, B pipe, Ada head and 144 pump( for the moment) and have 14/18 solas prop.

the way to change to the 701 electric is good if you want to run a MSD cdi , if not it s not necessary you can keep the 760 electric.

Location
gold coast
run the complete 701 cdi
check your compression it should be about 180 if you want it to go off the bottom.
put 120 lows and 115 highs
2.3 needle and seat
about 20 psi pop off
the stock jetting is great for emission poope for anything else

Tell us then how it goes
