Kudos to you Pat for making something realistic and affordable.
Can you offer this without the Powervalves?

on a setup like this, what's the estimated life? 200 gal, 300gals?

I am definately interested in meeting up at Havasu to discuss options

with those spacers in the exhaust and also the header pipe
can you actually run the manifold with out modifying it for pvs??

And also do you shorten up the chamber to make up for the length you have put in the exhaust

I'll try to answer a few here.........

You still need to grind a little. Very little, and the length only helps.

Way more power than the 828, if its a stock cylinder.
cost difference is in the billet cylinder, and minor case work.

were nailing down pricing, but so far the cylinder cost is looking really good.
The biggest thing is the cylinder doesn't require any extra work.
that will knock off approx $400 + in porting.

We'll see on the kawi cylinder. Were not getting many requests for it....

This is from June 24 in the "Thumper" thread. Did you ever finish "crunching the numbers" on it? I'd be interested in seeing the prices for this and the other motor.:scratchchin:

We started crunching the #'s today, and its going to be a lot more affordable than some of the other options. I don't want to put up an estimate so just bear with us, and we'll put up something soon. :usa2:

I thought we actually put up a # on that...? not sure but after Havasu we'll get everything straight and put #'s on our site.
Like I said earlier the prices are going to be good.

As far as 5mm, I don't see why to build the 5mil, when 8mm cranks cost the same......But.......the cylinder can be cut down

I think a stock stroke cylinder will be our next project, which would also accomodate a 5mil.....one step at a time :)
