I have been modding CDI's, you can mod your own but, thats not for everyone.

I have 62t's, can include jumpers for the 61x stator.

I have some modded 61X cdis.

$150 Shipped

Heres my ebay ad with ebay pricing lol

I can mod yours, currently charging $50 each or $40 for batches of 5 or more. I take venmo and paypal, you CAN use goods and services or buyer protection; should be a decent way to sort out scams.

Protec used to do the mod for $75 but that ages ago. Just about as good as an MSD enhancer . Good deal
Protec still does it for $110, theirs is with the adjustable pot which imo is pointless and has potential for water intrusion.

I'm doing this the simpler way and found a methodology that's cost effective for me to do under the table.

Yea just solder it solid and forget it

Because the modification I do raises the limit to 8100, which is higher than most setups even need.

What rwv limit do you need for your setup
I thought I saw something about 2 different places to solder and one spot gave the lower limit and soldered all the way across gave the higher limit. Is that right? I know you can put a diode in there to make it lower or the thing that makes it adjustable like protec does. That's useless in my opinion

One spot is no limit, one spot is 8100, bridge the no rev limit spot with a couple resistor and a pot and you can adjust.

98% of us wouldn't know what to adjust to

Yea i thought so. No need for any limit anyway . Unless you're the idiot that holds it wide open to blow the water out on the trailer relying on the limiter and those guys are out there
