89' 650sx with supercharger..good deal for 1900$

found a SUPERCHARGED 89' 650sx in mint condition for 1900$ a good deal?? im buying it from the original owner, and he said that its in mint condition.fsddfERCHARGED

I'd love to see and ride that ski but as for buying I'd say HELL NO, unless you have a 650SX fetish. If you're only looking for a ski to ride I think you'd be way better off (financially and performance wise) to buy an average clean 650SX and drop a 750 in it and add a pipe, etc.

i have been riding a 86' x2 so im used to the 650 part. i dont mind the 650, its been easy to work on, and the guy selling it says he had the engine dyno'ed at 95hp with the supercharger (he has the dyno sheet) so im thinking that it will pull harder than a 750.

Saw that ski recently somewhere, I want to say it was on the X here. Someone was talking about how that's not even a real Supercharger.

Even if it was pass on $1900. A 650 with lots of mods which would be comparable would go for much, much less. It's a rip off and probably won't last very long on that kind of setup.

For $1900 you could buy yourself a nicely modded 750sxi/SN Superjet. Both of which you would appreciate much more than that. Don't get me wrong I learned to ride on a 650 and it was a blast, it's not a bad ski just don't waste your money man.

i have two other ski's...an 86 x2, and an old wave runner....im gonna buy it, and i will let you guys know it runs when it gets warm. it has a jetsport supercharger. runs on pump gas, i got more pics today and the engine compartment needs cleaned but the rest of the ski does look like its in great shape. got the guy to take 1500 cash.

Yeah that's amazing. It makes almost as much HP as a piped 701 for only double the cost. Good luck with that. It is interesting, I'll give you that.
