8mm Lmaey jetting with 44's

I need a good starting point with these carbs if anyone has some info on it.
setup is as follows.

8mm pv lamey -freestyle ported-85mm flattops.
case has been ported and epoxied.
new total loss.
ada heads at 210 psi..
B pipe limited.
The carbs are from riva,mikuni's with no butterfly's on riva manifold..
Any help would be nice

where did the butterflys go? what does the throttle cable hook up yo?
