90 Kaw...Just wondering

I went to look at a standup today for $400. It's in great shape and I was set to give the guy a check till i opened the hood. It's a single cylinder model. I'm 6'4 and i'm not even sure if it will do much for me on the water. It runs well and the whole ski is in perfect condition. I'm just curious if it's worth keeping and if parts are avialiable.

Tks

thats a 300, Ive got a freind thats 6-4 and rides one.

But it just barelly gets him on plane and out of the water, its sort of like the belt conveyor at an airport.

Id pass.

you can find a more powerful ski for not alot more $$$

sounds like a JS300.
If so, it is only good for little kids.
$400 is high for a 300.
Usually they are like unwanted kittens. "free to a good home"
Keep looking, you will be frustrated and disappointed with a 300 IMHO

Or buy the hull, sell the motor and get a 550/650/750 in there....WHAM, better ski :D

I'd pass on it too, unless I had another 550 engine laying around...

Got it

Thanks everyone for the replys. I don't really need the ski, i've got 4 others in all different flavors. I was hoping when I got the call that it might be an older 650 or the likes. My buddies kids are big into surfing and the water so it sounds like it's up their alley.

Tks again
