Just when I think I've seen everything on youtube this pops up out of nowhere. Pretty cool to see a bunch of pro's race on the original superjets.

I haven't watched them in a while but I'm pretty sure all the suggested vids that pop up on the right side are early 90's surf races. Pretty cool. Wish they would bring it back.

That race was a big deal back then. Yamaha was just trying to enter the standup market. Kawi was running the IJSBA, I dont think they would let Yamaha participate. Chris Lauber and the Busch cup started sanctioning with the APBA. This was back when the IROC auto series had some traction and they played off of that idea.

Busch cup was a GREAT tour, with races throughout Florida in the "offseason" (Winter/Spring). Many of the big west coast names would show up too.
