ok here is my problem...
i have 1990 SN superjet it has a factory B-pipe, and a MSD ignition, other wise stock, lately the stop switch/ lanyard switch wont kill the motor..
I've taken apart the switch assembly on the handle bar and cleaned all the contacts with electrical cleaner and carefully put back together .. worked a few times till i went riding again... didn't seem corroded.
im not certain but its most likely possible the plug wires are original ... (red)
also the only other thing i can think of is that i put new plugs in it ..
they were NOT resister plugs and the ones i took out were? is this were my problem is ? or is it something to do with the CDI going bad? or is it in the MSD?
any help is appreciated i dont think its the handle bar switch as i've swapped it with my other ski (93 sn sj) and it still does the same thing. (other ski works fine- all stock)
