Super Jet 91 Shortened Flatdeck Superjet Project

Hey guys! I'm new! Woo hoo. I have a 93 440 and I just got myself a superjet project! super stoked to try these things out.

It was already a flatdeck but it was poorly created. Has wet foam, have to re-glass the flatdeck and needs a whole lot of TLC. Im looking to shorten it as well.

it is in a 550sx hull my bad
but the clymers manual site says there is a 93 440

Got in home, ripped turf off, literally popped off the previous owners glass job, and cut off deck. Starting to take foam out already.

I didn't defoam, as i didn't cut out the tray.
I just pulled it back a bet for room to work, then will push it back up when done.

lots of work to do and feel like there's just not enough time. got to stay on it though before i push it aside like i did before.
