"mostly together"

Here you go new Pole INSTALLED-- getting x-metal adjustable steering plate friday.
current steering is a little goofy--not like it matters
My saw horse broke saturday-- ski fell to the ground pump first --shattered steering nozzle and reduction nozzle-- no motorbreak in this week.. I have a pm into jetmaniac he's trying to figure a steeringnozzle w/ trimstop for time being; so I will be able to add trim in the future with minimal work
made myself a new rubber exhaust tube out of a wavblaster rubber pipe I had sitting around seems good, but I did order a new tank today, before I cut the tube so now I have 2 water box to exhaust options and 2 tanks to use which will be nice

getting close....

cool build. what color will it be? subscribed.

Going with grey right now... if everything works this weekend it will be staying together but I suspect I gonna ride it then decide to add some more enforment to the sides of the tray I still need to finesand before adding new paint
I'm thinking of naming her U-33 (the land that time forgot) or the "Hunley" (first military submarine to actually sink something) I like the submarine theme, but with the shortness and light nose it will become a littleharder to go deep

having tuning problems gonna be taking the ski to FL on thursday with me, then I have my lake, my dock, and my garage. should be a breeze to get tuned in their.
I ran it last week at apache and its a little bit of a son-of-gun to tune their with the 300 yard no wake zone and it was busy so I couldnt just leave my trailor in and it has to much brap to stay on its stand..
hull feels nice thought I think I might keep the superlong ride plate, but now that I've learned the basics of glass I think I might get a rn hull for round 2 I really like the hood availability in comparison with the squares
I would love to put the square back on the chopping block though; I really wanna anglefrom the pump mounts in to get 5 or mayb even 6 off the back when all is said and done

the new turf is super itchy is that normal?

is their any way to tell if your having exhaust flow issues, I'm wondering if my exhaust setup if causing to much back pressure
the motor seems to be staying REALLY REALLY cold too

the future.....

photo-5.jpgIMG_3658.jpg

plans change....Maniac motor and pipe/pole are gonna go in my beater rn here in Orlando and the stock motor of the rn will find its way into my square... tired of the off kilter nature of the square's engine compartment and with a 62t It should still hit hard... but I'm gonna be puttin oem exhaust on it. its gonna be quite again!
the roundy's future is still up in the air-- as of now 100% stock not even a bilge....
thinkin footholds/basic reinforment/ dual cooling/ new prop/ intake grate/ handlepole/steering/ new motor/ brap strap/ boweyes/ tow-line / 2x bilge
-the roundie is gonna be for surf mainly
I'm sure I'm forgeting some stuff...

My Lake Here is sooooo low havent seen it like this in a decade, but then again I'm only in Orlando a couple weeks a year, but I might be movin back AZ,

rn's pump has been reassembled now has dual cooling and a Hooker 10/16 I got from jetmaniac today- met up with me on short notice-- great guy reccomend him for all your buying needs.
also installed 85.5 mm reduction nozzle
I got a worx dominator rideplate that came with the ski years ago, but I decided to reinstall the oem rideplate. The worx rideplate is "d" cut , but is also VERY long
any body think I made the wrong choice to go with oem?
