Blaster '94 Single Carb or '96 Dual Carb

Location
Michigan
Buying my first Blaster. Currently have a 550SX and a 750 SXi Pro

I'm looking at two Blasters locally.

One is a '94 (Purple) with a single carb, the other is a '96 (Red) with dual carbs.

Pro's / Con's of each?

Price and condition are very similar on both machines. Mostly stock except for ride plates / intake grates.

Thanks for any input!

Id say get the 96. I love the look of the 96 wb1 better so thats why i say that path. Pro of 96 is looks better, dual carb, 62t case versus 61x, and better return when you go to sell. Con is that it costs more than the other wb1 since the 96 was a special edition of that blaster. Pro of 94 or any wb1 thats not a 96 is that it is cheaper, cons are that its the 61x case so only one carb, But that can also be a pro if you have to adjust carbs (one is easier to adjust than two, Or three in my blaster1200 lol). If the cost between the 96 and the 94 is close go with the 96 for sure! But if the 94 is 1k and the 96 is 2k then its up to you.....1k can get you some bolts ons

96 FTW. I sold my blurple one to get a 96 and ended up with another one. Thats a find they are much rarer and definitely better. I think they are rated at 10 HP more stock.

No Matter what we think , you are the one who has to make the Decision! Get whatever one you feel more comfortable with. If you haven't already get underneath them and look at the backs for cracking fiberglass and and chips of there are any.

I have a mostly stock 96 I put on our local Facebook riding page for $1200, a lot of interest but no one wanted it haha. I'll just have to throw it up on CL soon. I really thought it was going to sell quick...
