Hello everyone,
Finally got myself a stand up again. Picked it up from a guy I trust. It does mods, factory pipe, carbon fiber reeds, ocean pro ride plate, etc.
Kicker was it had low compression. Guy said his guage said 95 in each hole, mine says 115psi in each hole.
So I tore into it tonight and this thing clearly sat for a while and there is a clear place where the rings were stuck at one point from sitting. Cylinders overall have no rough spots to the touch but visually clearly aren't a new bore either. I found out they have .50mm over Forged Weisco pistons in them that look great. Clearly aren't new but for usable for many more hours.
Long story short, can I just hone the cylinders and re ring it(hopefully i can find thode sol seperately if so). I have 0 expierence with weisco pistons so just want to get some input. I know they can be kore touchy from what I've read.
