95' wave blaster mod

image.jpg image.jpg This is my 95 blaster everything is stock 61x bored .5 over except the water box which is purple and cylinder shaped I don't know the brand. I'm starting to get bored with it just wanted to get some input on what I have as an idea on what I want to do. and what I should add or not worry about.
First I'm a college kid so I'm looking to get as much bang for my buck as I can and I also want to keep the ski reliable I ride recreationally but love the surf and want to progress in that direction
Hears what I have come up with
1.Factory pipe limited (anyone know someone with one available?)
2.re jet the carb with the kit from pro tec
3.pro tec ride plate and intake grate (let me know if u have any better ideas)
4.solas prop super camber 14.5/18 (also looking at concord style and the skat trak props just don't know what works best for what I'm looking for and have to power it)
5. Shave the head 20 thousands so I don't have to rework the squish area ( or should I just buy a new head, if so from who)
6. Primer kit
7. Send in CDI to get a rev limiter adjuster put on
8. Vortex flame arrestor ( any better ideas? Was possibly thinking about the 701 industries one)
9. Water restricter to water box
10. Carbon fiber reeds
11. Lighten fly wheel
Any input on the above list would be awesome

Here is some other questions I have.
1.Should I also taper bore the carb?
2.Is it worth it to put a 760 in I heard it will go right on the 61x block or instead what about putting a 62t intake?
3. Does Any one know where I can get a seat for the wb1 from
4. Where can I find the super fly seat from 701 industries it isn't on the web site
5.where do I get the foot mate cut out that goes along the side of the ski to keep it from rumbling the dock and other skis

Let me know of anything else you think i should add or if u think something on here isn't going to give me that much gain for the price or if it is going to jeopardize the reliability of the ski

After I get all the mechanical upgrades I want to pretty much get everything I can from 701 industries the "all one color package is looking really good" and some other cosmetic hop ups

Factory is nice but anything is better then stock.

You can buy jets from anywhere. They are 3$ each, Needle and seat run around 18$ Your jetting will be based around the pipe that you get.

The Solas 14.5 /18 is a good all around impeller, I would go with a lower pitch though

shave or go a/m head 35cc domes / 180psi Check out the for sale section or hit up jetmaniac for a used head

7. Send in CDI to get a rev limiter adjuster put on
Keep it stock or spend a little more on the MSD. Not going to see any gain on the rev limiter being removed unless you have a pipe that is getting you over 7700 rpms.
8. Vortex flame arrestor ( any better ideas? Was possibly thinking about the 701 industries one)
Remove a couple screens from your stock one. Vortex is fine too.
9. Water restricter to water box
Get a pipe first.
10. Carbon fiber reeds
I wouldn't upgrade reeds unless your stock ones are no longer good.
11. Lighten fly wheel
I would do everything else first.
12. Send your cylinders to @Nuklear6 to get ported
 
Thanks for the input any idea what the jets are for the factory pipe or where I can find a guid
