96 Blaster

I started with a completely stock 96 Blaster. It was actually the one in this thread we were talking.

I picked it up for $1600 with a trailer and sold the trailer for 300. It was in good shape except the paint was chipping on the hood, pump shoe broke, and 2 ride plate bolts were broke off. Very clean engine and had not been in salt.

I wish I would have taken more step by step pics but its too late now. Anyways here are some pics of my reinforced transom and I also put a layer of glass over the bedplates. After I finished my transoms I saw David's (DLMB12) and I wish I would have done it like his, but oh well.

A friend that works at a body shop painted it for me. We had to do it on the weekends. So one weekend we did the bottom and the next we did the topdeck and hood. Here is some shots of it after the first weekend.
