96 RN Restoration

Just a few pics of the before and after. Bought this a couple months ago and immediately stripped it to a bare hull. The original graphics were ugly but the ski was solid. Had a buddy paint it and I bought a 96 graphics kit from PWCGRAPHICS. Every nut, bolt and part cleaned and I added a CF lower pole bracket and Wamilton hood and nosepiece. The mid shaft had to be replaced as well. Everything else is stock other than a 08+ prop, Solas wear ring and B pipe.

Those are the painters. He definitely has a cool collection of LJ’s and 550’s.

Awesome. It's always a bit more fun to ride a ski you took great pride in making it nice. Allows you to bond with the ski and ensure it's a keeper.

Thanks fellas. I was never a fan of the purple trim on the 96-97 but these are definitely my favorite years.
