Super Jet 96RN upgrades...

Added a few things, nothing compared to Jonas’s build, but it should get me on the water…Drilled the hull for dual cooling, installed Kicker footholds and Blowsion pre-cut mat kit, hydro-turf’d rails (wrapped underneight + RTV'd the seams/edges), Billet fuel door, added a bilge and handle bar switch, Blowsion chin pad cover and pole spring, UMI turnplate, ODI grips, Blowsion finger throttle, Quick Steer mod, installed factory decals on the A/C pole. Painted pole guard and fire extinqisure black. Limited B-pipe, MSD enhancer, 9/15 Hooker, 84.5mm bored nozzle and WW cone. Sanded the hull and brushed on (2 thin coats) of Appliance Epoxy paint (will add more coats later). all that’s left is fixing the UV damaged paint on the sides, still researching the best way to bring back the white…

Thanks. i used Krylon Fusion for Plastic for the pole piece/extinqisure. very impressed how duable the paint is. if i new how good this stuff was, i would have just painted the OEM side rail and bumpers first. sanding the inner side rails and masking off the hull to apply the contact cement was time consuming and then re-taping to rtv the edges was just as tedious.
