Bought some glass and epoxy, but it's a little cold so I mocked up the one-way instead.

Are you going to use the black rubber to connect the exhaust tube to the strainer like you did the one way tube?

Yup, working on trying to get it aligned right. If I cant, may have to ditch the idea and have another flange welded on to the exhaust tube.

My other idea which I am actually leaning more toward now is to cut both the exhaust and one-way tube flush with the back of the hull then blend them in. No flanges, just a clean look.

Finished reinforcing the rear sides inside the tray.

Closed up the opening for the exhaust tube in the bulkhead. I need to lower it.

Did some more reinforcing on the rear corners. Closed up the two outlets again. I wasn't crazy about the way the exhaust and one-way outlets looked, so I'm going to do something different.

Finally got some more work done on this. Nothing much picture worthy but I removed one of the tubbies and moved it closer to the bottom to match the other side. Reinstalled the exhaust tube in its new lower location; installed one-way.

I'm waiting on my new tray so I can install it and refoam. In the meantime, I will be working on fairing in the tubbies. Hope to be ready for paint by the end of the month.
