Looks nice, if it where me I would chop off the inside of the gunwale on everything behind the foothold to make the rear of the tray nice and wide and IMO more confortable on the back of your legs.
is it done yet??
is Brian holding you up>
Really like what you did with the tuning forks !!
i want your willys!
olly:laugh2:
Looks, interesting. Curious to see how it works, are you going to try it back to back with the WDK pipe?
I am wondering if the blunt cone on the end (versus a longer, more tapered cone to closer match the diffuser cone) will give you troubles. I don't know much about two stroke exhaust desing but looking at other pipes built by those who do there seems to be a trend in a longer convergent cone.
Either with the sound waves returning to soon (or to strong?) and pushing the mixture back out of the cylinder or the signal being to week and not providing enough pressure back into the ports.
We could have made it longer and more cone shaped, but that would mean using a cart tank, and that's not going to happen.
Makes sense, I am curious, if the performance is poor will you live with it for more run time, modify the pipe and run a small tank or modify the pipe to a different design to work with the stock tank? I can get the specs of the stock exhaust chamber if you are interested in replicating that (obviously modified to fit around your tank).
