LPW/LAMEY/5mm RAD billet crank/ADA non girdled head w/28cc domes(=205psi)/oem ignition w/MSD enhancer/Full Spec 48's on Boyeseen mani w/RAD valves/TNT chamber/oem pump/TBM super pump cone w/shortest end cone/SKAT C-75 12/17 prop/Virgin trim/AND MOST IMPORTANTLY-BORE THE EXIT NOZZLE TO 85 MILLIMETERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had alot of pm's asking me what is and is not working. I have never owned a motor of this magnitude and therefore never had 'pump issues', or air supply issues, or exhaust leak issues. Due to the TNT I had to re-locate my air intake tubes right off the bat and left them too long and they were sitting on the ex hose going from chamber to water box. Shortend tubes and what do ya know-I have air! LOL TNT had a hairline crack approx 3/4" long and it was top side and did not know it because my hoodliner is BLACK!!! (dammit) It finally leaked enuf that it showed up on the chamber itself. Now welded up and working AWESOME. Assumed my exit nozzle was 86mm-was really 82.5(dammit) Tricky bored my nozzle to 85 and welded TNT and that was the final piece of the puzzle.
I am now done making dum azz mistakes w/my new set up and it is really RIPPING!!! I have never had 'arm pump' from riding a jet ski before. I DO NOW AND LOVE IT!!! I thought about unhooking the pole rope from my pole and attaching it to me so it would be easier to stay on.LOL
I need to thank Crammit for the countless hours of phone support and lake side tech support. He helped talk me thru finding all the dum azz things I have done causing my self to back up. I have abbandoned him the last 2 weeks cause I wanted to get it right so we could both say my new motor really rips. Now I can't wait for him to ride it again. I see a huge high 5 comin next week. We said to each other countless times-'I think the motor is all good-just aint got the right combo yet'. Now we can push each other for Big azz air maneuvers.
Only thing to say now is my LPW Lamey stroker flat top is freegin AWESOME
