First of all Hello everybody.

I'm new here and I've got a few questions.
I'm rebuilding my 750sxi pro cause a friend of mine ran in the side of a river so my
nose was quite broken.

I've taken the whole ski apart and I want to make my own handlepole.
Has anybody done this? and do you have some good tips for me ?

In the original handlepole I have a hose i believe its for air or something can anybody tell me where its for ?

On my engine i've got some mikuni 44's how far do the screws need to be turned.
the gold colored screws. i'm sorry dont know the name of it.

questions in a row :
-Tips for handlepole ?
-Hose in original handlepole what for ?
-screws in mikuni44 how far do they need to be turned ?

Thanks in advance

the rubber line to the base of the handpole is a vent for the gas tank, correct me if im wrong, but thats where mine's vented

The stock spring won't work with this pole. It's very light. Much lighter than the AC pole I recently had on there. I put it on a few months back during the winter. I'll soon find out if I need to fab up a spring, I believe i shouldn't.

IMO, the lower portion of the pole looks overkill, heavy, chunky. You might be able to get away with less material (weight) and still have good strength. Looks like it belongs on a tank.

What system is that? Maya?

Thats why i've made them out a few aluminium parts and they are bolted together.
I design it with Solidworks and render with Photoview360. it would be max. 2kilo
