I bought one just as clean with more mods and a trailer for that price. And this was at the peak of the economic boom. I would give it a little longer before dropping the price though.

I know that prices will fluctuate in different areas but I totally understand what you are saying. This is my 3rd week I post it on CL, I will wait a little longer and see what happens. So far I've got a bunch of people trying to barter their cars for it, but I need the Moola.

Benny, Thats a nice blaster. one of the cleaner ones out there. It took me over a month to sell a Yamaha R1 in immaculate condition on craigslist. i had lots and lots of car and truck offers (One guy offered me a damn nice Trans am and another guy wanted to give me 5 trucks that "all ran fine") Dont bend and trade thinking you could sell their offer down the line. I always tell them to sell their rides and then bring me cash! The other guys is a joke. The guy is selling it because he probably paid a grand to have it painted. Take that paint price factor out, and he now has the new value of his ski which he cant possibly part with at his absurd price because he went off and painted it. I like how guys like that always disclaimer everything like: "not for the faint of heart" or "for experienced riders only" like that makes it more desireable or something. Good luck Benny, I would buy it from you quick if I was into those kinda ski's or had the money.
