That looks like an oem solenoid?

Does the braided sheathing on power cable right under the grommet? That may be one of your leaks if so.

Never thought about the braided line, great point. I have new lugs for the fix on both cables. Dug out another clean e box, solenoid, and stator. Need to get with you tomorrow for a coil and gasket.

Get a new ebox seal and line it with grease or silicone before you put her back together.
