Last night around 430am we finished up all 3 superjets. Tons of hours went into the skis.
The 04' got footholds, turfed all around, AC pole, new steering, bilge, flame arrestors, intake grate, and we had a b pipe for it but waiting till after daytona to mess with it in the spring. Turfing with a kit is 100 times easier than making your own templates, I highly recommend kits if they fit the footholds.
Mine, the gold sj is completely re-done, reinforced, ported 61x, blah blah, 13/16 impeller, round pole, smooth nose, internal fuel fill, etc. Now I just gotta get it running which is seeming to be a problem.
My other buddies, got fooholds, custom turf all around, round pole, same 701 that was dropped in before, and some other minor mods.
Were leaving for Daytona wednesday night from MI, were also taking a 93 mint blaster as a backup and is for SALE down there or along the way. PM if interested, Ill get some pics asap. Lots of beer and time went into these skis so I thought Id post the final pics and some when we get back with em all beat up.

McMaster Carr cuz they just rock, and my dad for letting us use our countertop shop for weeks.
