Super Jet About to bore my 155 reduction nozzle

So far I've Ground down the OEM siphon tube and the pisser tube.
Then I put a flat piece of stainless steel on the back side of the open hole to make it easier to hold the melting aluminum as I Tig welded them up and smoothed them down.

Now I'm going to bore it out. It's at 86mm. I was going to bore it out to 88mm.
I'll post pics by this weekend.
Would like a little feed back on some of your preferences out there on what bore do you like best or performs better,... 87mm?, 88.5mm?

That's what I thought. I've got a couple laying around so I'm going to bore a few different sizes and see what I like best.
I'm also going to do some 144 reduction nozzles for another set up I have. I'll post those pics up as I go.

I ran a 1000 dasa used a 90 mm exit nozzel with a maxx cone it worked realy good, whent too a 865 cc dasa and hade too change too a very small cone.
 
So what nozzle's do you have? Do you know what angle nozzle comes on a gp1200. Its a 97 stamped 65u. I can't tell if its straight or not

65u is a straight if it has a -10 below the 65u it is 6 degree I run a stuby cone I got off the x also running the stock steering nozzle un bored
