Yes, most run 701/35cc domes for pump gas at sea level.

There are many variables from squish, ign timing, and ride style. We have many customers who run 701/33cc domes with pump gas as well. Blasters generally need lower compression than SJs and stand ups.

Blue and I run 215psi and more on our personal skis with BB on pump gas for freestyle type riding. Last motor Blue freshened up of mine was 2 years old with lots of hours with no detonation at all. However, hold them WFO around a race course and it would melt down first day riding like that.
