ADR closed business

Because I heard it from the one smaller company, so i dont know if its 100% factual. And really dosent make the difference if its A or B brand.
Seems like ADR is closed AND people with ties to A or X brand usually sticks with that brand and never go public, if the stuff breaks. So what difference would it make to put names on it? :)

So the dude still rebuilds cranks? Cool, what's the problem? Just don't snap the crank, and all ends well.

From a business end, can't say I blame them. Stocking cranks, for obsolete watercraft, and even current motors with a limited following? No thanks. Rods and bearings are a day away, if needed. Rebuilding works better for them any way you look at it.

So this thread is fake news, right? Did I just get catfished? Am I on t.v.? Hang on, turn the camera off! I have to put on pants and pick my nose.

I e-mailed Jeff Seebold of Competitive Crankshafts to obtain this info tonight:

"ADR is not going out of business Aaren is retiring but the crankshaft rebuild side will still be in business. I will have all the rods and bearings in stock for rebuilds."

Jeff just rebuilt an 8 mil for me and it looks like I snagged up one of the last 5 mils. Glad he is still going to rebuild them. Looks like I'll be keeping these cranks. I'm glad I didn't sell the 5 mil now.

I do know that they just got a new location and I'm pretty sure Aaron and Jeff still work together. When I called ADR Aaron handed the phone over to Jeff.

If anyone has ever been to Wiseco sadly this could happen to them some day IMO.

Old shop old crew and Cleveland isn't exactly loaded with people with a passion for pistons.

Ya never know ......heck maybe they already sold it for all I know..
