Advent T3 installation

Maybe I'm an idiot, but i cant get my advent ignition to fit in the box...

has anyone had to grind down the more centrally located ground screw boss to make room for the thick greyish cable on the advent?

The thick gray cable houses the water injection controls. I assume you aren't using them. What I did was to shove the gray cable under the CDI (there's abotu 3/16" air gap between the CDI and ebox when the CDI si screwed down).

thats what I ended up doing, I was just a little concerned over how tight i had to bend the wire to get bass the screw boss
