I noticed you did the PV mounts differently. How well do they seal for the pressure testing?
The valve housings are each attached at four points , two of them are just under the bellow. The reason for this is that the valve has a unique shape that follows the radius of the piston the full width of the blade for better sealing.
I've been working on the Rickter but have to stop and get ready for Indy. Here is a pic I took a little while ago. This is the "test bunny", yes it has a starter now. With Nikasil there is no need for any size other than what is to be run. You will run several sets of pistons before you even concider working on the cylinder. For now there are two sizes, 964cc's and 1105cc's.
