So Cal
I am currently running a kawasaki based 880cc stroker big bore engine. Still getting the pump dialed in but it has an unreal amount of power. If anyone is intrested pm me and I can throw down some details.

instead of investing so much on a cylinder I would do a total loss flywheel and mag pump on top of the mandatory wet pipe and big carbs and porting. That should be plenty for most.

That is very true. Those mods with a light hull and you have a very good freestyle set up. Stock SXR hulls are sooooo heavy its sad.

wow they went up in the past year

last year they were $2600 for cylinder ,head , domes and pistons

SE has a cast cylinder on their website.

Maekawa Engineering also has a billet cylinder they are selling which is the 10k variety. It uses a Yamaha exhaust manifold so don't let the looks fool ya.

Wow...I can think of so many more things I'd rather do with $10k besides buying an engine or a cylinder alone.

I've never tried either but I could only imagine that a seadoo 951 in a lightweight hull would be more than most riders could handle anyway.
