Aftermarket hull advice

What type of riding do you do? This is going to be a huge factor in choosing a hull and I would base my decision more on intended use rather than what will my current parts work in.
I would honestly like to get into more freestyle. I want to be able to launch my ski and one day learn how to flip and roll with time. I want to be able to progress my skills and I don't see that happening on my sxi.

I still ride at least once or twice a week since summer. I am just starting to get really used to my ski and would like more of a challenge and be able to learn more. I keep hearing that AM hulls are hard to handle but I think with anything it just takes time and practice.

It does take take. My first ride on my BOB this season I had already thought about a forsale ad lol. I then made a few adjustments to help make it a bit easier for me to enjoy the hull. Now I can't go back to stock hull unless it's to race around or power slide

Sell your kawis off and go with a clean modded used super jet. It's what I did after my first ski which was a 750 Sxi. Then when your ready to go Am in the future your all setup to do it. Such a narrow window and using old Kawi parts in a expensive Am hull you'll just hate yourself.

You can do whatever you mind tells you you can do. Im not saying not to change to a Yamaha based set up, but dont fall into the trap that a new hull will make you a better rider.

If you do fall into that trap, my Rage visual carbon hull is for sale.

Hey was that a mind trick? :)

Sell your Kawis ..I had a 98 sxipro that i bought new and I realized it was junk after getting an SXR. I rode mostly buoys with the kawi`s then got a superjet which was much more fun to rec/ride play in the surf etc and could be used for buoys too very versatile is has a stout crank the motor in the Yamaha lasts longer and is way more fun to ride than an old kawi . A 20+year old yami motor can easily be rebuilt and put in an AM hull aftermarket performance parts are abundant Not as much with Kawis everyone is going triples now in race boats . If was getting started with 3to5k I would get a minty RN SJ or a 08+SJ they are so much fun and can do it alll... I know this for a fact oh IMO
