Custom/Hybrid aftermarket hull

What aftermarket hull do u guys recommend for flat water freestyle? But still be able to do some surf riding

I would love to try a superfreak in the surf. It looks like it would work well. I'm crossing my fingers I'll come across one at the Pismo ride in Oct after WF. (who's owner would generously let me take it for a spin HA HA!)

The Majority of the time our west Coast surf is big enough that we don't need aftermarket hulls for a surf ski as a superjet does just fine. Unfortunately for us, because of this, very few aftermarket hulls make it out our way so when I get a chance to rdie one I'm all over it. I rode Ross's Lightweight. I've ridden several different Rickters. I've never ridden a Superfreak.

my post was more for the op. i love the fact you can have a short enough hull for flat water but that can make it stock length for surf or +2 for bouys. john you gotta ride a superfreak man they are a very fun ski aswell.

My personal opinion, for surf......Luc's checkboard style boat is the one




another thing to note...out of all the builders/endorsers that have posted thus far Tem is the only one that said "try it"
