Custom/Hybrid Air Square

To document the building of Air Square. Not quite finished but hoping to make it to the Carolina Beach Freeride in May.

Build Highlights:
-4 Chop in the Rear
Rocker the nose
Superwide tray
Wide Dash
Wrap around front foot hold
Pushed pole mounting 5" forward and 2" deep
Lowered hood
Custom hood intake & liner
Doweled hood keepers
Freshened up electronics
1000 DASA & PFP

Only took 45 minutes before I started to molest her. At first was way only planning on a -2 and salvage the rear chines. Ended up just hacking them off completely so I could lower the exhaust outlet

Dug deep and foam was dry; glassed in the hull from the inside out. I've never used epoxy pigment so wanted to test it in a hidden spot before deciding if i wanted to use it in the engine bay. I was afraid it was going to be opaque, but the epoxy held a deep color.

Thanks. Most of the photos were shot with a gopro. I moved during the build so the second half are going to be shot with a iPhone as I misplaced the gopro.

Foam Shape, foam shape, foam shame... Really stoked on how the tray turned out

Thrust sticker just fit so perfect (on one side).

Are you using the spray foam from a can? Did you have to do anything special to get it to stick to your hull? Also can you please go back through the thread and give a step by step user guide. :thinking:
