Airborn Fuel Loss

I just took out the oil pump and started running 50:1 premix in my 95 B1. and the frst time out I started in flat water and played around to make sure everything was ok, and it was until i got into some surf about 30 min later. when i was hitting air i would notice loss in fuel even a few stalls in the air, i had plenty of gas and tried running on reserve as well. what can it be? should i re adjust my carb after making this switch to premix? (i just adjusted the needles a couple weeks ago):banghead:

i am idling a little low, but when i had the oil pump in and a low idle i didn't have the problem, is it more of an issue with the premix?

With premix, the motor will get less fuel at idle than it did with the pump on there.
You may need to compensate for that. I.E., open up the low speed adjuster(s) an eight of a turn or so.
