Tried a different approach today.

Same 10:1 solution of simple green but this time I used the small batch container and just filled the tub with water.

Once I ran the coils through a couple cycles, I transferred them to the water bath and ran one more cycle.

I just picked up an ultrasonic cleaner as I have 12 carbs between all my projects that need attention. Whats the go to solution and mix ratio for doing raw and painted aluminum carbs? Is Simple Green safe on painted carbs? I found that Simple Green makes an aircraft specific product that is made for aluminum.

I also stumbled across this concentrate on a YouTube channel that was highly recommended.
