does any one have a good fix for this other than buying an after market pad. I think I may try to use some epoxy to see if I can fix it but I don't think its going to work. who has the cheapest after market that will fit a stock pole?

If you still have the brass insert on your ski, I would just JB-Weld that sucker and push it back in place with the bolt attached.

it's repairable. Epoxy it and call it good. if you want to add some strength to them take some chopped strand mat and shred it and then glass over your newly glued insert. it wlll add a little thickness but it will be stronger.

I drilled some holes in the sides and zip tied it on the sides once when it happened to me and secured the front with some S/S screws.

Fill the hole with JB Weld, drill and tap.

If all else fails there's duct tape.

The cheapest aftermarket pad that fits the stock pole would have to be WaterDawgs. I have one and it works like a charm.

Mine is the same way. Just put some Gorilla Glue in it, seems strong but the next sub will tell. Let us know how you fix it.

Is the waterdawgs cover a user on here or is it aftermarket company?
