Freestyle Almost rode one out!

Yup, but I suck, I'm sure someone with more skill could get big air and make it look effortless. I basically only started trying flips for real 2 days ago.

Hink - whats your setup pump and engine wise. Im no engine expert, but to me it sounds like that 1200 isnt revving up to get the PV open and make BIG power.
try to compare the sound of how it revs or spins up to this
Maybe you could unload the pump at little?

Dasa 1200, MSD TL, PFP, 148 Skat setback mag 14/21.

It has big power, I think a big part of it is that I don't have my timing down and all summer I was riding without the restrictor working properly until yesterday. What do you mean by unload the pump?

Unloading the pump, by ex boring up the exit nozzle og putting in a stubby pump cone. I dont know what prop/exit nozzle setup suits a DASA 1200 (is that 16mm?)
To me it just sounds like, it needs to be quicker on the gas (or revving faster up) but again, im no engine expert.
Ps congrats on the flip dude :) very nice, love your style - looks so good!

It is a 16mm, and I already have the nozzle bored out to my builders specs. To be honest I'm just learning how to tune a ski and it hits hard and I'm happy with it for now. I'm taking my ski to world finals with me and my builder said he would ride it and help me get it dialed in there, so I'm just going to ride it the way it is for now.
