Aluminum SN pole questions

I am looking at getting a shorter aluminum pole for my 93' SN. I'm 6'3" and it has the stock pole on it now. Don't want to spend a ton of money so RRP/Blowsion is out, was looking at the Xscream kit but I would need to mount the bracket or get a Hazzard one . I was also looking at the AC racing -2" pole because I like that it is a direct stock replacement keeping the cost down and retaining the latch to hold the pole up. Any opinions on which to go with and what all is involved in installing the Xscream on it. KP was a consideration also but would need a bracket and a chin pad raising the cost. Thanks

The cheapest way to go would be a RN pole and cut it down with a hazard bracket. You would be very satisfied with that combo. Your SN steering cable will work with a pre 08 pole as well.

I thought about that also but have no idea how easy or hard it is to find a RN pole and don't want to end up with one that is damaged since I know nothing about them. Also, it's not that I can't afford a high end pole, just don't want to spend more on one than I paid for the ski. :) Thanks for the input and if you have leads on RN poles, please post them.

Just keep an eye out in the for sale section and make a post in the want to buy section. 99% of the people here are honest so I would trust them not to sell you something that is damaged.

I'm 6'2" and have a SN I put a stock RN pole on. I cut it 4.5" and would never go back to stock length. Also, do the steering nozzle quick steer mod while you're at it.
