where is the best location for the 2 water outlets? both on the port (or left) side or 1 on ea side, the starboard or right side seems tight, definetly above the bond line right?

the dual bilge is for a superjet
Not sure about locations but running 2 pumps is a good idea if you plan on doing lots of subs and deep stab surf riding

Downside to a single outlet is if one pump fails, some water will backflow through it from the other pump.
Doesn't seem to matter which side you put the second outlet on, but you want to keep the hose as vertical as possible. And yes, above the bondline.

is there a reason for keeping it vertical? because the 2nd one was going to on more of a 45, i was even thinking of runnig it horizonal first then on a 45 up

I've found that my pump tends to air-lock more if I have a lot of horizontal travel in the hose. Maybe it's just my imagination.
