Yes, as it says, bringing back chris anyzeskis old circus back to some decent shape.

Blught it as "race ready ski", weeell it was not.

For now i took it apart, looked over the motor xs1000, needed some new sleeves and got new bottom end while it is apart already.

Pressure tested the coolinglines those were good tho, thats a plus haha.

Updates will come here and there, sorry for bad english im just a swede from the woods

Welcome to the party! lol I would highly advise opening up the tray and looking at the cooling lines even though they pressure tested fine. Mine were on the edge but didn't leak, if that ski has seen salt water then they are likely corroded.

Cut 2" back from bulkhead to where the pump tunnel bulge is then down the sides of it. Leave at least 1.5" of materal along the sides so you have a good lip to adhere back to.

I want my stuff mint and not have to worry about stuff when its time to rip, so started to clear the turf and gonna replace the cooling lines just to be sure.

On my circus I was able to replace the cooling lines without cutting the tray. The ends were very corroded where they passed through the hull. Drilled them out until there was no aluminum line left as it passed through the hull, fished the piece out that was in the hull. Then I bent a couple pieces of stainless the same. Took a bit of bending and blindly fishing them back through but I made it. I used JB Weld to hold them back in. I was not able to do that on my Badass. I would have had to cut a lot of that tray out to change the lines.

I got to ride a circus like yours with a dasa 1000 in it and it was a riot. The tem circuses are soo light.

Started to put padding and turf back in the tray, tried to make my own foot wedges, but damn this turfing biz is hard to get it nice

Pump got an rebuild, new prop and got fitted with the new ls10 trim.
The xs got finished, new sleeves bored and honed to match the the pistons perfect.

Hard to find some garage time atm the gf wants to remodel house, a lot at work etc

Rebuilt the electrical , got the tl static timing set up after rebuild and ready to go in the hull almost.

Ski is up and running, first few tuning sessions has been well but felt it lacking some, tried tune the pipe, got better def.
But still not that rawr i like to hear in the 2smokers, gave it some more aggressive ignition and it wake up better midrange and plugs looked better then before, but now i got some sluttning or light hesitation at high rpm with full throttle that i need to figure out if its a rich sputtering or my ignition is just little to hard
