Super Jet Another freestyle SN build 'Wet Dreams'

Hand pole reassembled with resin and cabosil and riveted together. Bars, turn plate, and controls assembled and hand pole installed. Picture doesnt show it but all of the cables are on it now too. It kind of looks like an fx1 with the front pole bracket being so high

Alright my phone kept dying in the garage this weekend so I finally got some progress pictures. As it sits turf isfinished except for under the foot holds, a small patch on the hood for the hood ratchet strap, and making a pole pad. Pump is installed and aligned. You will see one of the cooling ports is capped off as I dont plan on running dual cooling. I think its over kill for wisconsin weather. Got the hood seal on. I am running a bulb type seal pressed on the hood. Its from McMaster. Run it on my 650 sn and it works pretty well. Started putting some components on the firewall like strap brackets and fuel valve. Got a front u bolt installed and the rear bow eye. Front u bolt I put an aluminum plate behind for extra strength. started to mock up the hood hook locations but need to make another hardware store run. I also had a crack in my battery box. I want to get an aluminum one in the future but for now I riveted a piece aluminum flat stock onto this one. Started cleaning up my e box tonight which is a complete mess at the moment and has some corrosion in it because it was full of water when I got it.

Any suggestions on ride plate length? I have a stock d cut plate to start with. The hull is -5 in the back. Not sure how long or short I want to keep it.

Pics in the next post...my phone is unreliable so I dont want to lose all the text

Also added some 5200 around some potential gaps in the firewall and around the cooling and steering hoses. Also glued in the bilge pump basket with 5200

I personally am not usually really a fan of that color green, but that ski looks sexy as hell dude. I'm impressed.

It looks kind of dull in the garage but once its in the sun I think it will brighten up and the metallic in the blue paint and green powder coat will really pop

Finished the hood strap, cleaned up the e box, ended up sand blasting the inside to get all of the corrosion out. Assembled that and put wire loom on some of the cables. Put the motor in, mocked up the pipe water box and gas tank. Got the motor aligned. I bought some equipment alignment shims from mcmaster Carr that worked out really well and were only $26 for an assortment pack. Previously the motor was shimmed with some homemade pieces of sheet metal. Now the pipe water box exhaust hoses and tank are installed. The tank fits very tight. I actually heated up the water box Side of it and pushed it in a little but it clears the battery tray and the pipe. I did have to slot out the battery tray holes a bit tho. Cut in the diy internal fill and sealed it with 5200. Ran all of the water and fuel lines. Still need to finish wiring the bilge pump, run primer bulb fuel lines, make a hand pole pad, finish turf inside foot holds, and figure out what im going to do with the ride plate

Looks like you're gonna have it ready for the dell's man!!!! My hull won't be ready unfortunately. Gonna reassemble my square for the Freeride. So I can't trade ya for a ride on it. Not like my stock length square would be anything special for ya Haha.

We have the exact same setup except I'm running carbon tech reeds, lightened flywheel, a raised Rev limit instead of enhancer, and I'm running someone else's porting(holeshot performance engines).
What jetting specs did JM give you?

150 main
120 pilot
95g spring
2 turns high
2 turns low

Hopefully be turning her over tonight. Took a few hours off today to put some tray time in on the 650.

Let me know how those specs work for you cuz I was planning on doing the same exact except with a 147.5 main to start.
