I bought a dolly from TSC for $29.99. Then I turned down some heavy wall pipe (with the same O.D. as the dolly), to make the dolly longer. Inserted it and welded it all together. Then I decided that I wanted larger tires, picked up some lawn mower tires from Criagslist for $15, and modified the dolly to fit them. I didn’t want the metal cart rubbing on my SJ, so I bought some PVC pipe. Then cut about 25% of it out, this way it would snap right over the dolly rails and not need fastened. Finally added rear legs and welded a carabiner hook on the handle, to attach a rope to the rear of the SJ. Pretty simple design, but if you would like any detailed pictures let me know.
Looking back now, I should have built the whole thing from scratch. But if you are satisfied with the size of the original dolly tires, I suggest just doing it the way I did (without the lawn tires). Attached is a picture of the SJ on it with the small dolly tires.
