Anti Gravity Battery Warranty

I got one of these in my ski when i got it. It crapped out. I called and spoke them. They agreed to give me a 40% discount if I had it tested and it was bad. I was very clear I wasnt the orginal purchaser. I was pumped. I got it tested and called back. I spoke to the warranty person Brian. Asked for my original receipt and I explained I didn have one and that they had agreed to a 40% discount. She said no warranty for you. I asked her to talk to a manager. Aweek goes by and I called back and talked to her again. She said the manager was still at lunch. Guy enjoys week long lunch breaks. They wont honor what they said. This lady is a loser that processes warranties. Buyer beware. The lead equivalent amp hours is not accurate in my opinion.. Im going back to an agm or any other company.

They will tell you there is something wrong with your charging system, or if you say you run TL, then you ran the voltage too low

They are terrible. I ordered a cheap amazon one to get me buy. It ended up not coming on time. Amazon gave me a full refund and said keep it if it shows up. What difference. Antigravity is crap.

Their warrenty is $h!t. Had to go through it twice, wont happen a third time. They will not fully warrenty your battery for replacement regardless what they advertise. They find some BS way of placing blame on you and offer 20% off a new one. You can negotiate and bug the hell out of them to the point you may get 40% off a new one. While doing this dont let them know you have anything other than a stock ski "otherwise" your warrenty is void any way. I was so P!ssed dealing with this by the end of it i had sent 10-15 emails and made about 10 calls. Do you homework and check reviews on them through amazon and other areas. You will find they do this same 20/30/40% off a new one to everyone filing a claim. Sad to see a company operate this way and screw their customers as well as falsely advertise. Dealers may have a different/better experience but for the individual buyer bend over and touch your toes.

As a dealer for a large distributor of theirs, it was hell and months for me to even get something warranted. The distributor distributor to get them on the phone as they wouldn’t return my calls or emails.

These guys have a one year no question asked warranty. It was even my fault, took it in had it tested where I bought it. The rep happened to be there, just looked over said "yep she bad. Just order him a new one." And it's just been sitting on my shelf for the last few months and still has full charge. And it was only 140$ and weighs in at just over a pound

I just switched to TL and wanted the ag battery for higher cca since my 240cca wps would probably only start my ski a few times without being recharged, I found the anti gravity battery on eBay for about $240, and then added their no questions asked third party 1 year warranty for 25 dollars. Only spent two dollars more than amazon pricing and I have a reliable warranty. Just my .02 for anyone buying
